Industry - Main Con (Data Center Project)

Responsibilities:
Proven experience handling large-scale projects, preferably: Data centres Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of:
-PAM contracts (Malaysia)
-Contract administration - Claims and variation management
-Procurement and tendering
-Cost control and budgeting
-Dispute Resolution - Data Centre-Specific Experience Scope:
-Leading QS teams.
-Stakeholder management with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
-Negotiation and risk management.
-Strategic planning and commercial decision-making

Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
-Work Experience 12–15 years of relevant experience in construction contracts and commercial management.
-At least 5 years in a senior management position (Senior Manager, Head of Contracts, AGM level, etc.).
