Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic channel sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Identify, recruit, and manage channel partners to drive sales growth and enhance partner relationships.
- Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and marketing strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in channel sales management within the network/security solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and networking products and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.
