Summary: At Huda Beauty, beauty is a cultural force. We’re looking for a Senior Global Influencer Marketing Manager - Fragrance to join our influencer marketing team and build one of the most powerful, culturally relevant creator communities in the world. This role sits at the intersection of beauty culture, influence, and community within fragrance, responsible for identifying, connecting with, and nurturing relationships with the most respected and fastest-growing fragrance, lifestyle, and beauty voices globally, from niche experts to luxury fragrance authorities. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Scout emerging and established fragrance creators globally across social platforms
  • Identify voices driving real fragrance & beauty conversation, education, and purchase influence
  • Lead global creator list growth strategy in partnership with regional markets focused on growing fragrance
  • Build and maintain a live, tiered global roster of fragrance creators and opinion leaders
  • Develop tailored seeding strategies that feel intentional, premium, and culturally relevant
  • Personally connect with top-tier creators to build authentic, long-term relationships
  • Lead outreach moments for launches, PR drops, and content creation
  • Create elevated, surprise-and-delight experiences to deepen loyalty
  • Connect creators to product launches, retail moments, and brand events
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR and Influencer teams to integrate talent into broader activations
  • Explore innovative collaborations (pre-seeding, partnership content, cultural moments)
  • Serve as the key point of contact for creators globally
  • Maintain consistent communication and nurture long-term advocacy
  • Track engagement, loyalty, and brand sentiment across the creator community
  • Monitor beauty trends, niche movements, and cultural conversations
  • Track performance metrics (EMV, reach, engagement, conversion where applicable)
  • Provide regular reporting and insight recaps to internal stakeholders
  • Live and breathe fragrance with a genuine passion for category, data, and driving results

Requirements

  • Proven success building and scaling global creator lists within the fragrance category
  • Strong understanding of fragrance category and creator ecosystems, with an established network within beauty, luxury, or cultural communities
  • Track record of leading global campaigns and cross-functional projects across multiple markets
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, with deep knowledge of social platforms
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with experience tracking performance against EMV, reach, engagement, and conversion metrics
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or beauty/luxury partnerships in fragrance
