About this Sales Support Coordinator role at Rentokil Initial
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for sales planning & order processing to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate cross-functionally between internal departments & external customers to ensure seamless order fulfillment and operational efficiency.
- Centralize and manage sales quoting templates to ensure consistent use across the business, generating quotations in line with the annual value authority matrix.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers by providing excellent customer services to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer enquiries and correspondence in professional manner.
- Regularly verify with customers and update customer contact details in the system to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare report and analysis for Management’s review.
- Perform ad hoc projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above
- 1 year working of experience in Customer Care / Sales Support field is highly preferred
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed
- Detail minded, able to work under pressure and to meet challenging deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills with effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Independent, self-motivated, hardworking and energetic team player
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS office applications
- Immediately available is preferable
