About this Business Development Manager role at Rentokil Initial
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable business growth
- Establish, maintain, and cultivate strong relationships with potential clients to support long-term partnership
- development
- Conduct site inspections and prepare pest control treatment proposals tailored to client needs
- Handle customer enquiries and deliver high-quality pre-sales and post-sales support
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients through regular meetings and continuous follow-up
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth scheduling, coordination, and execution of
- all service orders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, account servicing or related functions
- Money Hungry individuals who are prepared to excel in sales
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good team player with a good sense of responsibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
