Overview of Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth within the data center industry by developing strong client relationships.
- Promote modular data center solutions and value-added services.
- Lead sales initiatives in the assigned region.
- Requires strong industry knowledge, strategic insight, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities and Work Assignments:

1. Client Development & Relationship Management
- Acquire new customers in the Data Center space, focusing on Telecom Operators, Hyperscalers, and/or Colocation Operators.
- Engage customers on solutioning based on business and operational requirements.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with industry clients in the data center sector.
- Identify customer needs, conduct in-depth discussions to explore solutions, and propose tailored offerings.
- Drive account development and retention to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

2. Sales Execution & Target Achievement
- Promote and sell the company’s modular data center products and services.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contract documentation.

3. Project & Stakeholder Coordination
- Understand the technical aspects of data center construction and computing power infrastructure.
- Liaise with design firms, construction contractors, project management consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the company during project coordination meetings and ensure effective collaboration.

4. Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, operations, after-sales) to ensure timely delivery and high-quality customer experience.
- Escalate and resolve delivery, quality, or support issues swiftly and professionally.

5. Other Duties
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Director or management, aligned with business needs.

Appointment Qualifications:

Educational Level:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Profession:
- Business Development, Sales, Engineering, or Technical Management related to data center or IDC/IT infrastructure industries.

Work Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the data center or infrastructure solutions industry.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales or business development experience.

Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong understanding of modular data centers, M&E systems, and value-added services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Project coordination and stakeholder management.
- Market research and strategic analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project timelines (e.g., Gantt charts).
