About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Sales Account Executive to own the complete B2B sales cycle—from generating new business opportunities to negotiating contracts, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.

This is a true full-cycle sales role where you’ll work directly with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers to understand their challenges, present tailored solutions, and drive measurable revenue growth.

What You’ll Own

Full-Cycle Sales

  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting through deal closure.
  • Generate new business through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Build customized proposals aligned with customer objectives.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
  • Develop trust through consultative, value-driven sales conversations.
  • Maintain professional relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure a seamless transition to onboarding following deal closure.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Accurately manage opportunities through every sales stage.
  • Keep CRM records current and organized.
  • Track:
    • Pipeline health
    • Forecast accuracy
    • Deal progression
    • Conversion rates
  • Identify opportunities to improve win rates and sales efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Customer Success, Operations, and Leadership teams.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and client handoffs.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights internally.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales messaging and positioning.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in:
    • B2B Sales
    • Account Executive
    • Business Development
    • Full-Cycle Sales
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated success closing new business and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle independently.

Core Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
