About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a hands-on and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, social media, and performance reporting.
This is an execution-focused role where you’ll directly impact traffic growth, lead generation, audience engagement, and marketing performance across paid and organic channels.
You’ll own campaign execution, optimize performance using data-driven insights, and continuously identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversions, and return on investment.

What You’ll Own
Google Ads & Paid Search (Primary Focus)
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Remarketing.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign structuring.
- Write and test high-converting ad copy, headlines, and calls-to-action.
- Optimize campaign performance by improving CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and quality scores.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance pacing.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign scalability and lead generation.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Conduct keyword research using SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or similar platforms.
- Optimize metadata, headings, landing pages, website content, and internal linking.
- Support technical and on-page SEO improvements.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities to improve search performance.
- Recommend SEO strategies that drive sustainable organic growth.
Social Media Management & Engagement
- Manage social media engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Support content scheduling, caption optimization, and post publishing.
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and audience interactions.
- Monitor engagement metrics, audience growth, and social performance.
- Help improve brand visibility and online community engagement.
Reporting & Performance Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance across paid advertising, SEO, and social media.
- Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, SEO platforms, and social analytics tools.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Maintain organized documentation of campaign updates, testing results, and optimization history.
- Present data-driven recommendations that improve marketing performance.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- 3+ years of social media management and audience engagement experience.
- Proven SEO experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO platforms.
- Experience managing performance-focused digital marketing campaigns.
Technical Skills
- Google Ads
