What You’ll Do
· Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of 3(16) fiduciary clients. By managing identified aspects of delegated fiduciary responsibilities, including contribution monitoring, delivery of participant notices, but not limited to:
· Participate in regular plan governance and fiduciary review meetings with sponsors and advisors.
· Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of fiduciary actions.
· Maintain eligibility, contribution files, participant notice delivery to support ERISA compliance through Pension Pro documentation.
· Provide assistance with employee data during the process of plan transitions, mergers, or terminations as the 3(16) fiduciary administrator.
· Assist with annual audit responses as required.
· Recordkeeper maintenance; add new employee information, termination date, but not limited to.
· Ability to manage emails and overall customer and participant communications within a timely manner.
What You’ll Bring
· Demonstrate success of managing 75-100 plans/relationships
· Experience high volume in a customer relationship driven environment. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple clients and priorities.
· Experience in multitasking and frequent ability to pivot priority.
· Strong working knowledge of plan operations (eligibility, loans, distributions, compliance testing, and filings).
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
· 5–7+ years of experience in qualified plan administration, compliance, or fiduciary management.
· Prior experience with a TPA or recordkeeper is helpful.
· Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple clients and priorities.
· Proficiency with industry software (Pension Pro, FT William, Empower, Voya, but not limited to) and Excel-based plan reporting.
Pay Transparency Statement:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $45,000-$55,000 annually.
At Strongpoint Partners, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
