Position Summary:
Strongpoint Partners is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant is responsible for managing all aspects of ERISA compliance for qualified retirement plans, with a primary focus on Form 5500 filings, annual testing, and regulatory reporting. This role ensures compliance with Department of Labor (DOL) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requirements and supports clients and internal teams with complex plan administration needs.

Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare, review, and file annual Form 5500 returns and all related schedules.
· Conduct annual nondiscrimination testing (ADP/ACP, top-heavy, coverage, etc.).
· Interpret and apply ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations to retirement plans.
· Coordinate with plan sponsors, auditors, and consultants to resolve compliance issues.
· Consult on plan designs.
· Maintain accurate records of filings and compliance testing results.
· Stay current with regulatory updates and communicate changes to the team.
Minimum Requirements:
· 3-7 years of experience in ERISA compliance, Non-Discrimination Testing, and Form 5500 preparation required.
· Experience with FT William software in both compliance and 5500 modules required.
· Experience with PensionPro or other pension related platforms.
· In-depth understanding of IRS and DOL regulations related to qualified plans.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and Excel skills.
· Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written
· Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications such as: Word and Excel
· Strong attention to detail, file compliance, and accuracy
· ASPPA or CEBS designation (QKA, QPA, or CPC) strongly desirable
Pay Transparency Statement:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 annually.
At Strongpoint Partners, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
