As the Retail Store Manager, you will lead the overall operations and performance of our experiential retail store, delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales growth and brand awareness. You will manage and develop a high-performing team, optimize store operations, execute local marketing initiatives, and build strong customer relationships to support the company's business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Participate in store location selection, renovation, and related activities to ensure alignment with the company's brand image and marketing strategy.
- Manage the daily operations of the experiential store to ensure efficient and smooth workflows.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain high customer service standards to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of in-store employees to build a high-performing team.
- Analyse sales performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and increase store traffic.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Fluent in Thai and English; Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a financial institution or an organization related to the money market or capital market, or management experience relevant to the securities industry, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in retail store management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and customers at all levels.
- Must pass the company's internal financial products e-learning assessment during the probation period (training will be provided).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective business strategies.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles, supported by relevant knowledge or work experience.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a self-driven mindset.
- Candidates who hold an Investment Consultant license, or are willing to obtain one after joining the company, are highly preferred.
- Passion for learning, with the ability to quickly adapt to industry changes and stay attuned to market trends.
