1 - Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, database, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed profiles
2 - Interview & Placement Process
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Prepare candidates for interviews
- Gather and provide feedback from both sides
- Manage offer negotiation and closing process
- Ensure smooth onboarding and post-placement follow-up
3 - Target & Performance Management
- Achieve monthly/quarterly placement and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records in recruitment system/ATS
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting
