Main Duties…

We are seeking Receptionist to join the Hong Kong team! The role is expected to:

• Greet and welcome members & guests with eye contact and genuine smile
• Strong admin skills and able to handle phone calls/ email enquiries/ reservations according to our Soho House standard
• Proactive and maintain a positive attitude to members’ requirements and requests at all times
• Navigate guests around the club space and locateing them a space to seat
• Prefer to have a strong Food and beverage background and Provide menus upon arrival
• Informing members of the various membership rules and individual club rules e.g laptop free zones
• Facilitate effective communication across departments, to and from members & guests at all times
• Ensure only current members and their guests gain access to club
• Ensure the immaculate appearance of both individual self and G/F reception area to ensure superior arrival experience
• To be well informed about the club, membership and its facilities as well as promotions, events and daily updates and to effectively communicate this to members
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin) 
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirements / Qualifications...

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in customer service (Hospitality industry preferred)
• Willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities, and to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote teamwork.
