Job Title: Receptionist
Job Type: PRN / As needed
Shift: 8am to 8pm 
Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.25/hour (Final offer based on your unique skills, experience, and professional background)

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist visitors and help maintain an inviting lobby
  • Answer main-line switchboard, take messages, answer questions, and route calls as needed
  • Monitor designated emergency panels and alert the appropriate staff as required
  • Maintain daily records of residents leaving and returning to the community
  • Provide administrative support across the community as assigned
  • Stay informed about community events, special scheduling, and daily functions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Multitasking Experience: Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks smoothly
  • Administrative Experience: Minimum 2+ years in an administrative role
  • Microsoft Proficiency: Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication abilities
  • Confidentiality: Maintain discretion with sensitive information
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
