WE ARE HIRING:
Public Relations & Influencer Marketing Assistant (Beauty & Lifestyle)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field (completed or currently pursuing).
- 1+ year of experience in Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, Communications, or related areas.
- Interest in Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, Fashion, Lifestyle, Luxury, and Consumer industries.
- Basic knowledge of media relations, influencers, and digital platforms.
- Excellent writing, grammar, and spelling skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Previous agency experience or internships related to PR, Communications, or Marketing are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Public Relations and Influencer Marketing strategies for Beauty & Lifestyle clients.
- Build and maintain media, influencer, and stakeholder databases.
- Assist in the creation of press releases, media alerts, pitches, reports, and other communication materials.
- Follow up with media contacts, influencers, and content creators.
- Coordinate product send-outs, gifting initiatives, media seeding, and delivery tracking.
- Support the planning and logistics of events, product launches, press days, and influencer experiences.
- Monitor media coverage and influencer content.
- Prepare media coverage and campaign performance reports.
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Follow up on pending tasks, client requests, and campaign deliverables.
- Support the administrative coordination of campaigns and projects.
