Instead of multiple initial screening calls, you’ll have one opportunity to introduce yourself, discuss your experience closing property management or real estate deals, explain your sales approach, and share examples of how you’ve handled objections, negotiated agreements, and consistently converted qualified leads into signed clients. Your video will be reviewed by the hiring team before moving to the client interview.
