Our Merchandise team works with supplier partners and store teams on category ranging, buying, pricing and promotions so we can get the right products on the right shelves at the right time for our customers.
Te Tūranga – About the role
As a Promotions Coordinator you’ll be a primary contact for the support and resolution of Merchandise Promotional, Pricing, and Ticketing incidents. You’ll work with the wider business including stores to ensure we have an accurate promotional offer for our stores and customers.
To achieve this you’ll:
- Work with the wider Merchandise and IT teams to troubleshoot technical and data issues.
- Respond to time critical incidents to establish root cause and implement corrective action with analysis to mitigate where possible.
- Provide written documentation on Pricing, Promotions, and Ticketing to support store price integrity processes.
- Build strong relationships with both Store based and Support Centre stakeholders demonstrating a customer focus and technical credibility.
- Analyse promotional data to provide meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making for the business.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to track key promotional KPIs, such as promotion effectiveness, pricing trends, and customer engagement.

He kōrero mōu - About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have experience in a master data or analytical role and be systems savvy with experience in working with SAP and excel. With great attention to detail, you’ll love the numbers and have a naturally analytical and critical way of thinking.
You’ll also:
- Have the drive to continuously improve processes
- Have an understanding of retail processes
- Be highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Have the initiative and an ability to engage with relevant stakeholders
