Location & Flexibility
This role will operate remotely in Romania, with occasional site visits to our locations in Bucharest, Romania and/or Sofia, Bulgaria.
The Opportunity
We're building a centralized Product Management Office (PMO) within TELUS Digital's CXAI Ops Transformation & Product Strategy team. The Product Manager will be a key contributor in this function - supporting the activation of new partnerships and internal tools, working cross-functionally to drive go-to-market readiness, pilot execution, and operational enablement. This role is ideal for someone with strong enterprise program experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
Support activation of new vendor partnerships and internal tools — coordinating across stakeholders to
move initiatives from intake to launch
Contribute to the product roadmap and help track milestones, dependencies, and risks across active workstreams
Participate in SLT readouts and cross-functional working sessions; own preparation of materials, follow-ups, and action tracking
Collaborate with product marketing to support development of collateral, enablement content, and GTM assets
Coordinate with commercial and finance teams to confirm commission structures and product catalog accuracy
Work with operations stakeholders to document use cases, gather requirements, and validate product fit
Support pilot planning and coordination — helping define scope, logistics, and success criteria in collaboration with CX accounts
Maintain and evolve the product catalog and toolkit, ensuring internal teams have current, accurate resources
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in product management, program management, or a closely related discipline within enterprise environments
Experience working within or alongside a PMO function — managing structured programs, tracking milestones, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
Exposure to partnership activation, product launches, or GTM programs in a large organization
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and preparing materials for executive-level audiences
Strong organizational skills — able to track multiple workstreams, own documentation, and surface issues proactively
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills; able to translate program complexity into actionable updates
BPO, contact center, CX technology, or enterprise SaaS background preferred
Hands-on experience with pilot coordination, product enablement, or go-to-market execution is a strong asset
Bonus Points
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or workforce management platforms
• Experience in a management consulting or business transformation environment
• Exposure to revenue operations, commercial enablement, or channel partner programs
