WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Our talented Product Operations experts are given the most complex, hard-to-solve problems and create scalable solutions throughout the company to enable its hyper-growth. From optimising product workflows to ensuring seamless operations, there's nothing our Product Operations team can't do. Our Product Operations team isn't here to maintain existing systems but to drive the development and management of world-class products from inception to delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Product Operations team in designing and implementing scalable processes to support our products and drive Trade Republic’s growth.
- Coordinate customer communication across multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product/Engineering, Operations, Legal/Compliance.
- Dig deep and solve our toughest problems to continue Trade Republic’s success
- Think big and continuously deliver impactful results for our employees and customers
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Fluency in English
- Currently enrolled in a university (study focus in the field of computer science, physics or other relevant fields)
- Initial relevant experience in a fast-paced environment (high growth startup, leading management consulting firm or investment bank)
- Proficiency in SQL and a strong analytical mindset.
- Interest in banking, finance, capital markets, and their regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills, a highly organised work ethic, and a self-driven, dedicated attitude.
