Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience)
Additional Compensation:

About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you'll evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic population while developing individualized treatment plans that help patients return to the activities they love. You'll utilize evidence-based treatment techniques, collaborate with referring providers, and play an active role in mentoring Physical Therapist Assistants.
This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy hands-on orthopedic care, building lasting patient relationships, and growing into future leadership opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based treatment including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
- Utilize additional treatment techniques based on your clinical expertise and certifications
- Supervise and mentor 1–2 Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, recovery, and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate with physicians and referring providers to coordinate patient care
- Maintain compliance with Arizona licensure requirements and continuing education standards
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture focused on exceptional patient outcomes

Required Qualifications
- Current Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Experience treating an outpatient orthopedic patient population
- Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
New graduates with strong orthopedic clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Manual therapy experience
- Dry needling certification or interest in obtaining certification
- Experience supervising or mentoring Physical Therapist Assistants
- Leadership experience or interest in clinic management
