About the Role

A PT-owned outpatient orthopedic clinic in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its clinical team. This role is focused on helping patients recover from orthopedic injuries, improve movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities they need and enjoy.

The clinic offers a steady patient pace of 2 patients per hour, giving you the time to evaluate, treat, educate, and support each patient with care that feels personal and practical.

What the Position Offers

• Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office
• Clinic: PT-owned
• Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour
• Schedule: Flexible — 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience
• Benefits: Full benefits package

Responsibilities

• Complete patient evaluations and identify functional limitations
• Create treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, sports-related, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and functional strengthening
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safe movement
• Track progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Document evaluations, daily visits, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Work with PTAs and clinic staff to support consistent patient care

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
