Location: Boca Raton, FL
Position: Physical Therapist
Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office
Pay: $50–$55 per hour
Office: Assigned to one Boca Raton office only

A busy outpatient orthopedic clinic in Boca Raton, FL is looking for a Physical Therapist who enjoys practical, hands-on patient care. This position gives you the opportunity to work with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, joint pain, weakness, and movement limitations.

You will guide patients through care that helps them move better, return to daily routines, and understand what they need to do between visits. The work is active, patient-facing, and centered on real progress.

Schedule Options:

• Four 10-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Complete physical therapy evaluations for outpatient orthopedic patients
• Create individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and functional rehab
• Track patient progress and update care plans when needed
• Teach home exercise programs and safe movement strategies
• Document evaluations, daily visits, progress notes, and discharge plans
• Coordinate with the clinic team to keep patient care organized

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience or outpatient clinical rotation experience
