Outpatient Physical Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Delray Beach, FL. This position offers a manageable patient pace of 2 patients per hour, giving you the time to evaluate, treat, educate, and guide patients through meaningful recovery.

What You Can Expect

• PT-owned outpatient orthopedic office
• Flexible schedule options
• 4-day workweek available
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM option
• 2 patients per hour
• Salary range of $90,000–$110,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and reassessments
• Create treatment plans tailored to each patient’s condition and goals
• Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal cases in an outpatient setting
• Use therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, movement training, and patient education
• Monitor functional improvements and update plans of care
• Document visits accurately and on time
• Communicate with patients, providers, and team members as needed
• Supervise and guide PTAs when appropriate

Requirements

• Current FL PT License
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient clinical experience preferred
• New grads encouraged to be considered
• Comfortable working with orthopedic patients
• Professional, organized, and patient-focused
