About this Performance Marketing Manager role at iSchool
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve results.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with the Creative, Sales, and Product teams to improve lead quality and customer acquisition.
- Manage tracking and reporting using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other analytics tools.
- Support the development and execution of performance marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Mentor and support junior team members when needed and collaborate effectively across teams.
Requirements
Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing is preferred.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or a fast-growing company is a plus.
