About this Head of Performance Marketing role at iSchool
- Develop and execute iSchool's performance marketing strategy to support business growth.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure campaigns achieve strong ROI and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements to maximize results.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with the Creative, Sales, Product, and Business teams to improve lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Manage tracking and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Set marketing KPIs, monitor performance, and share insights with senior management.
- Lead and support the Performance Marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and new advertising platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience leading a marketing team.
- Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and marketing analytics.
- Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or a fast-growing company is a plus.
