We are currently seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to manage our payroll functions and help us maintain our high standards of employee satisfaction and operational excellence.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our staff are compensated accurately and on time, and it represents our commitment to ensuring that every team member feels valued and respected.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Manage payroll records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related issues.
• Collaborate with HR to maintain and update employee information, benefits, and deductions.
• Prepare and submit necessary payroll reports and tax filings.
• Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
• Stay informed of changes in legislation affecting payroll and employee compensation.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Understanding of federal and state payroll laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
