Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
• Coordinate with marketing and other departments to create promotional campaigns and offers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Participate in networking and industry events to promote Rizos Resorts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry and market trends is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
