What You'll Do
As the Operations Manager, you'll lead every aspect of branch installation operations while balancing customer satisfaction, financial performance, and team development.
Your responsibilities include:
- Lead all daily installation operations for the branch
- Manage installation schedules, workflow, and operational efficiency
- Drive branch profitability while managing expenses and budgets
- Own branch P&L performance and margin improvement initiatives
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team members
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Regional Leadership to ensure seamless project execution
- Improve installation quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Identify operational challenges, determine root causes, and implement long-term solutions
- Maintain compliance with company policies, licensing, and safety requirements
- Help standardize best practices across the region

Qualifications
Required
- 7+ years of operations or service industry experience
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams
- 3+ years managing branch financials and P&L performance
- Experience improving operational efficiency and process execution
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing installation, construction, or field service operations
- Experience recruiting and managing subcontractors or independent installers
- Knowledge of residential construction, window/door installation, or building codes
- Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or CRM experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
