⭐ Compensation:
This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly position.
Clinical rate: $40-$54/hour: Covers both direct sessions and documentation time.
⭐ Schedule and flexibility:
Design your own schedule around your needs and lifestyle. Depending upon your availability, a part-time hourly or flexible PRN role may be available. Our clients typically seek services after 3:30pm weekdays and early mornings/afternoons on weekends.

⭐What you’ll do:
Provide remote occupational therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population
Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform
Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement
Complete all documentation accurately and on time
Participate in required training and team communication
Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity
⭐ Requirements:
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) and individual NPI number
Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings
Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
