Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pre-licensed or developing clinicians
- Provide case review, documentation feedback, and ethics guidance
- Support treatment planning and clinical decision-making
- Follow Connecticut licensing and supervision rules
- Keep supervision organized, professional, and consistent
Requirements
- Active Connecticut clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or other approved independent clinical license
- Must be qualified to supervise under Connecticut board requirements
- Clinical supervision experience preferred
