Marketing & Content Creation Intern (Café Brand)

At Dandelions, we're seeking an individual who is passionate about good design, beautiful cafés, social media, and storytelling. Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content that aligns with the brand's visual identity.
- Visit cafés or event locations for scheduled content shoots to capture products, café ambience, customer experiences, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Produce both static and short-form video content suitable for digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and social media management.

Marketing & Design
- Design marketing materials, promotional visuals, posters, and digital assets.
- Support the development of marketing campaigns and creative content ideas.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Stay informed of social media, digital marketing, and consumer trends relevant to the F&B industry.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or a related field.
- Interest in content creation, digital marketing, photography, videography, or social media.
- Ability to create and edit visual content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, or similar software.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience creating food, beverage, lifestyle, or retail-related content is an advantage.
- Familiarity with current social media trends and short-form video content is an advantage.
