As FastJobs accelerates its growth in Singapore, we're looking for a driven Business Development Executive/Manager to spearhead new revenue growth in the Singapore market. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — and help shape how we grow in Singapore.
Who You Are
- A results-oriented self-starter with at least 3 years of sales experience and a proven track record of hitting targets
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- An excellent communicator and presenter
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Deeply familiar with the Singapore business landscape and market trends — recruitment and staffing industry knowledge a plus
- Adaptable, resilient, and persistent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What You'll Do
- Prospect for potential clients through various channels and conduct market research to identify target industries
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new revenue
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Build lasting client relationships and provide excellent customer service and support
- Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth sales process, managing your pipeline and customer data in the CRM
