Key Responsibilities:
Conduct primary and secondary research to identify market opportunities, industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs.
Perform market feasibility studies, competitor benchmarking, market sizing, demand forecasting, and channel assessments.
Support market entry, diversification, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy development.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Prepare concise, visually compelling research reports and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Maintain data accuracy, documentation standards, and process compliance.
Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and ad hoc research for internal stakeholders.
Assist in creating business proposals, case studies, pitch decks, and project execution plans.
Conduct background research to strengthen sales and marketing initiatives.
Support lead generation and content development activities.
Engage with senior stakeholders under the guidance of team leads.
Deliver insightful, client-focused reports that drive informed decision-making and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution, with internship or relevant experience in market research, strategic advisory, or consulting.
- Exposure to B2B market research, industry analysis, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy projects.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel; familiarity with Power BI is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and commercial awareness.
- Capable of developing compelling business proposals, presentations, and project plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
