**10 Hour Days - 6:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday**
Are you detail-oriented, quality-focused, and looking for an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Manufacturing Technician to play a key role in producing high-quality products while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
In this position, you'll work hands-on with a variety of manufacturing and finishing processes, ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards before shipment. What You'll Do
Inspect and audit products for printing, laminating, die-cutting, and other quality requirements.
Accurately document production information using labor reporting systems, quality forms, job tickets, and move tags.
Perform post-printing and finishing operations, including:
Counting and packaging products
Shrink wrapping
Hand assembly and application
Laminating and cutting
Operating specialized equipment and material handling tools
Transport materials and products between workstations.
Follow customer specifications and quality requirements.
Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment using 5S practices.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by sharing ideas and process enhancements.
Ensure proper handling and disposal of chemicals, materials, and recyclable items.
Support company quality systems and production standards.
Exercise quality ownership by identifying concerns and helping resolve issues before products move forward.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and understand production job tickets and work instructions.
Basic computer skills and ability to enter production data accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work safely and follow PPE, housekeeping, and manufacturing procedures.
Ability to meet required visual standards, including color differentiation, with or without corrective lenses.
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
