• Integrate Fabric pipelines with automated processes and triggers (Power Automate, scheduled and event-driven)
• Support event-driven and scheduled data operations, including monitoring of pipeline health and failures
• Maintain data models and documentation for datasets consumed by downstream reporting and automation
• Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets aligned with business needs
• Align reporting with business KPIs and automated outputs (e.g., scheduled refreshes, automated distribution)
• Build and maintain semantic models and DAX calculations to support consistent, reusable metrics
• Optimize report and dataset performance (query folding, aggregations, incremental refresh)
• Design and implement Power Automate flows (cloud and desktop, where applicable)
• Automate business processes such as data refresh notifications, approval workflows, data validation and exception handling, and report distribution/alerting
• Integrate automation with Power BI (alerts, subscriptions, triggers), Dataverse and D365, and Fabric pipelines
• Implement error handling, retry logic, and monitoring for all production automation flows
• Optimize workflows for performance and reliability
• Promote reusable and standardized automation components (templates, connection references, environment variables)
• Combine data and automation orchestration into coherent end-to-end solutions
• Enable event-based and scheduled integrations across source and target systems
• Coordinate data movement aligned with business process timing requirements (e.g., month-end close, reporting cycles)

• Implement data governance practices across Fabric, Power BI, and Power Platform
• Define and maintain data standards, naming conventions, and dataset certification/endorsement criteria
• Ensure data quality controls across data pipelines (Fabric), reports (Power BI), and automated workflows (Power Automate)
• Maintain a catalog of certified datasets, flows, and reports, with clear ownership
• Optimize Power BI datasets, Fabric pipelines, and Power Automate flows (run duration, latency, cost)
• Monitor capacity usage, flow execution performance, and failure/retry rates
• Recommend and implement remediation for recurring performance or reliability issues
• Enable business users to build their own reports and create governed automation flows
• Provide templates (reports and flows), best practices, and governance guardrails
