Responsibilities
• Extract and profile all HR data held in Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 including employee records, contracts, positions, payroll history, and leave data.
• Map AX2012 HR data fields to Sapience HCM data structures.
• Design and execute ETL processes ensuring no data loss during transition.
• Conduct reconciliation of employee records pre- and post-migration with HR team sign-off.
• Conduct a full inventory of all StaffValuator data including performance reviews, appraisal records, goal-setting documents, ratings, and historical evaluations.
• Migrate all structured data records as well as all associated attachments and artifacts (e.g. signed appraisal forms, supporting documents, evidence files).
• Map StaffValuator data and attachment structures to Sapience Performance Management's data model and document repository.
• Validate completeness of all migrated records and artifacts with HR and line management; obtain formal sign-off.
• Review and document expected data flows between Sapience and D365 FNO, and between Sapience and D365 Fabric, including data entities, frequency, and business rules for each.
• Define validation rules and reconciliation checks for each data flow (Sapience ↔ FnO and Sapience ↔ Fabric separately).
• Monitor data flows on an ongoing basis and identify discrepancies, failures, or data quality issues across both platforms.
• Produce reconciliation reports comparing data across Sapience, D365 FnO, and D365 Fabric at agreed intervals.
• Liaise with technical teams and system owners to escalate and resolve data flow issues.
• Establish a data flow monitoring log and escalation procedure for recurring issues across both integrations.
• Confirm sign-off with business owners that data integrity is maintained across all three systems.
• Document current recruitment data flows in Workable and target HR data structures in Sapience.
• Define integration scope including candidate records, job requisitions, offer data, and onboarding artifacts.
• Define data governance and quality standards for recruitment-to-HR data handoff.
• Deliver a phased implementation plan ready for execution in the next project cycle.
• Extract and profile financial planning data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 including budgets, actuals, cost centers, and financial hierarchies.
• Map D365 data to Workday Adaptive Planning structures and dimensional models.
• Develop transformation scripts to align financial data formats, currencies, and reporting periods.
• Execute migration and validate financial data integrity with Finance team; confirm reconciliation against D365 source.
• Inventory and profile all legacy subgrant data sources including active, historical, and closed subgrant records.
• Map legacy subgrant data fields to ICERTIS CLM data structures.
• Design and execute ETL processes for subgrant records, metadata, and associated documents.
• Validate migrated data against source systems and coordinate sign-off with Grants and Finance teams
• Assess and document the current Donor database structures, volumes, and content.
• Define data mapping between the Donor/Grants database and the Customer Engagement platform.
• Develop transformation rules and data cleansing procedures.
• Execute and test migration of grants data; validate with business owners.
• Maintain a unified Data Migration Strategy and Plan (DMSP) covering all seven workstreams.
• Manage an integrated migration risk and issues log across all workstreams.
• Produce consolidated post-migration reconciliation reports and closure documentation.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data migration across enterprise systems (CLM, ERP, HCM, financial planning, or performance management).
• Experience migrating data from Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 and/or D365 to modern cloud platforms, preferred
• Strong proficiency in ETL tools, SQL, and data transformation techniques.
• Experience migrating unstructured data including attachments, documents, and digital artifacts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent migration workstreams independently.
• Excellent data analysis, data quality assessment, and reconciliation skills.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
