About The Role

As Legal & Corporate Secretary intern, you will be assisting the Legal & Corporate Secretary team in managing legal documentation and corporate records, as well as supporting various administrative and operational needs related to legal and corporate governance matters.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and filing legal documents.
  • Help maintain corporate deeds, licenses, and contracts.
  • Support the team in preparing and updating legal documents.
  • Conduct basic legal research when needed.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed by the Legal & Corporate Secretary team.

Requirements

  • Law student (final year) or fresh graduate in Law.
  • Familiar with business law, commercial law with good legal search and legal writing skills.
  • Familiarity with the financial sectors.
  • Good public, speaking and communication skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills are a plus.
  • Strong academic reports and work experience are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
