About the Role
As a Regional People Partner (HR), you will play a key role in supporting our branch operations across Sumatera Utara. Your primary focus will be driving high-volume recruitment for Business Partners (field employees) to ensure the region is staffed with the right talent and hiring targets are achieved.
Beyond recruitment, you will work closely with branch leaders to support employee relations, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and implement People & Culture initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with operational teams, and being actively involved in the field.
Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end mass hiring for Business Partners (field employees) across Sumatera Utara.
- Build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels, including job portals, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach.
- Partner with Regional and Branch leaders to fulfill workforce needs and achieve hiring targets.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle employee administration and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support People & Culture initiatives and provide HR guidance to managers and employees.
- Enable and drive people-related initiatives that support business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Manage employee relations matters and help foster a positive work environment.
- Track hiring progress and provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Regional HR or similar role
- Understanding of full cycle mass recruiting
- Good knowledge of labor regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership abilities
- BSc in Human Resources Management/ Law or relevant field
- Willing to working with high mobility to Sumatera Utara area
- Home based in Sumatera Utara area
