Work Schedule Availability:
This role follows a set weekly schedule once the training period is complete. We're looking for candidates who can reliably work Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 12p-9p and Sat 11a-8p after 2 week training period.
Standard Call Center Operating Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Saturday, 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Paid Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks):
To set you up for success, all new Lead Generation Representatives must attend and complete a mandatory two‑week PAID training program before starting their regular working schedule. Starting July 27th Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
*These hours apply only during your first two weeks. After training is complete, you'll transition into your standard work schedule based on call center operating hours.
