About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Junior Marketing & Content Creator to support our recruitment marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in marketing, digital media, or content creation who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

If you live on TikTok, spot trends before your friends do, and love creating content that gets seen — this one’s for you. You’ll help us attract the next generation of cabin crew through bold campaigns, scroll-stopping content, and smart digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

·       Creating eye-catching content for recruitment events (think reels, TikToks, stories & posts)

·       Coming up with fun, fresh campaign ideas that drive applications

·       Making sure our job ads land in front of the right people, not just more people

·       Managing and boosting roles across job boards and digital channels

·       Tracking what’s working (and what’s not) — and levelling it up

·       Staying ahead of social trends and jumping on them fast

·       Posting and managing cabin crew inspired content that people want to engage with

Requirements

About You

·       A degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

·       Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing

·       Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and campaigns

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook

·       Basic understanding of analytics, paid ads, or job boards is a plus

·       Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn
