Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (C2 level).
- Good English communication skills (B2 level or above).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Good computer skills.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Minimum age requirement 21+
