Headquartered in Paris with teams across the globe, we are growing fast. To support that growth, we are opening an IT Support Technician internship that will sit at the heart of the company’s day-to-day operations, with a real path to a permanent role.
About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Security, you are the day-to-day IT point of contact for every team. You make sure everyone has a reliable, secure and well-equipped working environment, from a new joiner’s first day through to everyday support. You work both on-site (hardware, network, workstations) and remotely.
This is a hands-on, varied internship, ideal for a student who wants to gain real experience in a modern IT and security environment, with close mentoring along the way. A permanent role may follow a successful internship.
What you’ll do:
User support: handle requests through the ticketing system, diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents, on-site and remotely.
On-site support in Paris: workstations, laptops, peripherals, meeting rooms and network connectivity issues.
Onboarding & offboarding: prepare and configure equipment, create accounts, hand out and recover devices for new joiners and leavers.
Account management: manage the user account lifecycle (Microsoft 365 / Entra ID), access rights and group memberships.
Fleet management: maintain the inventory, service equipment, anticipate obsolescence and plan renewals.
Device compliance: deploy and track compliance through our MDM tool (Intune) across the fleet: enrolment, encryption, patching and configuration.
Process improvement: document and improve IT procedures (provisioning, support, change management) to drive efficiency.
What you’ll learn:
You will be trained by the Head of Security on the full security and IT stack we operate (Entra ID, Defender, network, internal infrastructure). You will contribute directly to our compliance goals (SOC 2, ISO 27001) by securing every device in the company, and you will take part in budget optimization (licenses, hardware, vendors). The scope grows with you.
Your Qualifications:
Last year of a graduate degree (Bachelor or Master) in a related field, ideally looking for an end-of-studies internship.
A first experience (internship, project or apprenticeship) in IT support is a plus; motivated candidates are welcome.
Comfortable troubleshooting Windows and macOS; basics of Microsoft 365 administration are a plus.
Exposure to MDM/endpoint tools (Intune or similar) is an asset, otherwise a genuine willingness to learn.
Methodical, service-oriented, with a habit of clear documentation.
Fluent English; working French is a strong plus.
On-site in Paris; reliable and trustworthy (the role involves admin rights and account management).
Why join us:
A genuine springboard: a formative internship with a path to a permanent role (CDI) for a strong performer.
A hands-on, autonomous and varied role with visible impact across the whole company.
Real mentoring and skill-building across IT and cybersecurity.
