About this International Marketing Host- Asian Marketing role at Ocean Casino Resort
About the Role
The International Marketing Host will be responsible for developing and maintaining a friendly and focused rapport with premium international customers through personal contact to increase player worth.
Position Responsibilities
• Responsible for generating gaming revenue through direct mail, telemarketing and networking with new, inactive and existing customers
• Arrange and attend on and off-site player events
• Ensure the protection of customer’s rewards and credit lines
• Comply with all New Jersey regulatory requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of all Ocean Casino Resort trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information
Essential Functions
• Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the Casino/Hotel areas
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 lb
Requirements
- College Degree preferred with an emphasis on Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent field preferred
- Five years Casino Operations, Marketing, or Sales experience required
- Advanced customer service and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and sales skills required
- Computer related experience desired including AS400, CMS, and/or ACSC systems
- Ability to independently maintain high levels of productivity
- Ability to effectively communicate in English

- Our cash compensation amount for this role is $40,500 to $52,600 annually. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.
