Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to support our sales team by managing inbound enquiries, coordinating the sales process, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
You will be the first point of contact for inbound prospects, providing information about our services, answering questions, qualifying enquiries, scheduling appointments for the Sales Representative, and ensuring every opportunity progresses smoothly through the sales pipeline.
You will play a key role in supporting the sales function through strong communication, relationship building, administration, and coordination.
- Manage and respond to inbound sales enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
- Explain the company's services and answer client questions confidently.
- Qualify inbound enquiries before scheduling appointments with the Sales Representative.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are accurately updated.
- Prepare, issue, and coordinate client contracts.
- Coordinate the client onboarding process and ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
- Enrich and maintain prospect and client data using Apollo and other sales tools.
- Execute targeted email outreach campaigns.
- Work closely with the Sales Representative to ensure a seamless handover and excellent client experience.
- Provide general sales administration and operational support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Internal Sales, Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
- Experience with Apollo or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
