We're looking for a Design Architect to help create impactful, thoughtfully designed buildings that make a lasting impact on communities. This is an opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of inspiring large-scale architectural projects while collaborating with passionate, multidisciplinary teams in a studio culture that values design excellence, sustainability, and people.
How you'll make a difference:
Contribute to the design and development of complex architectural projects from concept through delivery
Translate client, stakeholder, and community aspirations into thoughtful architectural solutions rooted in sustainability and performance
Support the resolution of design and technical challenges while helping maintain design intent throughout project phases
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architecture, structure, and building systems into cohesive design solutions
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and coordination with authorities having jurisdiction to support project success
Contribute to a collaborative studio environment by sharing knowledge, supporting team members, and advancing design quality and innovation
Who you are:
5-10 years of experience working on complex architectural projects; aviation and/or transit experience is preferred but not a requirement
Professional degree in Architecture required; registration or progress toward registration is considered an asset
Demonstrated ability to contribute to project design from conceptual development through technical documentation and
construction administration
Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM platforms, with experience producing and coordinating architectural documentation
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary consultant teams and coordinating design deliverables
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas to clients, stakeholders, and project teams
Experience supporting project pursuits, competition submissions, or proposal development is considered an asset
LEED AP or other sustainability-focused credentials are considered an asset
