We are looking for a driven and customer-focused sales professional to join our growing team in the executive education and learning solutions domain. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, and recommending suitable professional education programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about consultative sales, relationship building, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving business growth targets.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective customers through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and other outreach channels.
  • Understand customer requirements, career goals, and learning needs to recommend appropriate education and certification programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations, provide product information, and address customer queries effectively.
  • Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to enrollment and post-sales coordination.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for enrolled learners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, educational offerings, and competitor activities to strengthen sales effectiveness.
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting sales initiatives.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment.
