About this Talent Acquisition Growth Specialist role at Palup.ai
What You'll Do
Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, extending offers, and supporting onboarding.
Proactively build and manage high-quality AI talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and continuously improve our recruiting process.
Support day-to-day People Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits administration, and employee relations.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruiting, or People Operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive candidate experience and collaborate effectively across teams.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
A genuine passion for meeting people and understanding what motivates them.5.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and the technology industry. (You don't need to be an engineer—we're looking for someone who's excited about what we're building.)
