Licensed Home Health Aide (HHA) — San Francisco Peninsula

Health Link Home Health and Hospice is a trusted provider of comprehensive home health services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. As we approach our anniversary, we're looking for people who share our commitment to join the team.

We're hiring a high-energy, compassionate, organized HHA on the San Francisco Peninsula. You'll work closely with our Director of Nursing, clinical staff, and front office team to coordinate patient care, and provide daily living and personal care services in patients' homes in line with each established care plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, etc.)
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion
• Meet patient safety needs and use medical equipment safely
• Provide skin care to prevent tissue breakdown
• Take vital signs

Skills

• Proven experience as a home health aide
• Ability to monitor vital signs and collect specimens
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proficiency in English
• Caring and compassionate personality

Pay & Benefits

• $28–$33/hr DOE
• $5,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements

• Valid California HHA License
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to cover a 15–25 mile radius
• Minimum 1 year of HHA or caregiving experience
• First Aid and CPR certification
• High school diploma
