Smoker Property Management LLC is looking for a reliable Handy person/maintenance technician to undertake the upkeep and repair of the rental properties in our portfolio along with the upkeep of the interior and/or exterior of all Facility buildings under the Smoker & Company LLC umbrella. We’ll rely on this person to keep our facilities and our clients’ properties in good condition by doing various repairs and maintenance. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills, have a keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely fashion
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks.
• Entry Level electrical, plumbing, and general property maintenance indoor and outdoor.
• Undertake duties as assigned.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate needed repairs.
• Responds to afterhours emergency calls, if needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a handyman or maintenance technician preferred.
• Experience working with tools and electrical equipment.
• Understanding of electrical, plumbing and home maintenance
• Good communication
• Well-organized and ability to stay on task.
• Attention to detail.
• Has tools and equipment to perform all aspects of home repair/maintenance
• Driver's License and a reliable vehicle is required
