Team
Our Growth team is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product by leveraging performance marketing. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games (hybrid and casual).
Role
Mobile gaming is a $100B+ market, with over 3 billion players worldwide and more revenue than console and PC combined. The marketing operations behind the biggest games, acquiring users at scale, optimizing monetization, iterating on creative, are among the most data-intensive in the industry.
As a Growth Associate, you'll work directly on products with big potential to become iconic (games or consumer apps), alongside Growth experts and getting hands-on with campaigns, creative, data and real business challenges from day one.
Depending on business needs and open opportunities, you'll join one of the following teams:
User Acquisition: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more. You'll run bid, audience, and creative tests, develop a sharp instinct for what hooks work and why, and scale what performs. UA Managers at Voodoo are hands-on across the full creative process, from ideation to iteration, not just media buying.
Playable Ads: Design and develop high-impact playable ads that drive user acquisition for our mobile games. You'll research audience preferences, conceive game concepts tailored for interactive ads, and iterate rapidly to maximize campaign performance and scale.
Monetization: Analyze how users interact with our ad stack and monetization flows. You'll run experiments on placements, formats, and user segmentation to maximize revenue while protecting retention metrics, and test new monetization solutions through our portfolio that can generate massive uplifts on our revenues.
Account Management (B2B): Work with external publishers using Voodoo's platform to grow their apps. Help them interpret their data, improve their performance, and get the most out of the tools we build for them.
A Growth Associate role provides structured entry into the Growth team. Succeeding here opens clear paths into expert-level or leadership positions, depending on your direction and performance.
